Shine lets advocates connect privately with peers and potential customers, boosting their personal brand and leadership.
NICE prioritizes private meetings on Shine, keeping interactions personal and genuine. NICE employees usually don’t join these meetings, ensuring advocates get the spotlight.
But Shine isn’t just about private chats. Advocates can also share their voice through videos, speaking events, blogs, and more. They call the shots, deciding which public activities to join.

By becoming a trusted advocate, peers come to know you as a reputable source of information that will help them succeed.

NICE encourages advocates to communicate openly with peers, ensuring you feel comfortable sharing your experience.
Privacy
NICE prioritizes private meetings on Shine, keeping interactions personal and genuine.
Shine is the official customer advocacy program of NICE. As a participant in the Shine program, you will have the opportunity to engage in confidential, one-on-one discussions about your experiences with NICE solutions. These discussions may be with potential customers or current users of NICE products.
In addition to these discussions, Shine members have the option to contribute to public marketing initiatives such as video testimonials, speaking engagements, and case studies. However, participation in these public activities is entirely voluntary and is not a prerequisite for membership in the Shine program.
Every time you meet with a peer NICE connects you to, you will earn rewards points. You can view your point balance online and then redeem them in our Rewards Store. Rewards include swag items, conference tickets, training credits and more.
When you join Shine, we'll ask how often you want us to get in touch with you. You can pick once a month, once every three months, or whenever you like. If you ever want to change how often we contact you, just email us at customeradvocacy@nice.com.
We promise to stick to whatever limit you choose.
With your Shine membership, you can say on your profile if you're into making case studies, videos, speaking at events, podcasts, and more with NICE. If we find something we think you'd like, we'll send you an email. You get to decide if you want to join in on these activities.
