          Maybe you've noticed something beautiful happening in your social feeds recently.

          People are opening up about what a NiCE world means to them, sharing stories that feel both deeply personal and universal with vibrant photos.

          These are our #createaNiCEworld LinkedIn posts, an extension of our recent rebrand at NiCE. They represent our fresh, new brand that reflects where we’re headed and what the world needs next. We’re focused on a creating a world where service just works, and experiences feel seamless, intelligent, and personal.

          "We want to create a world and a future that our customers deserve a world where automation does actually enhance human connection, not about replacement, not about taking over, but about enhancing the human connection,” said NiCE CEO Scott Russell. “Where service works effortlessly, and where businesses focus on what truly matters to them. And NiCE is the underlying platform that allows it to happen.”

          A NiCE world for everyone

          Our social sharing has become a human tapestry of values with each post revealing what a NiCE world looks like through someone’s personal vision.

          When people share stories about the relationships they want to nurture, the impact they hope to make, or the simple daily moments they cherish, they are actively creating a future where everything is just better. Personal values are becoming shared vision, one authentic story at a time.

          We want the spotlight to be on the bigger picture of service, how NiCE is expanding intelligent, human-centered experiences.

          As Andy Traba recently wrote, “Our new brand reflects this shift where human experience and AI converge. It’s more than a new look. It’s a new lens. A clear expression of who we are, what we stand for, and where we’re going. It marks a new era of purposeful innovation, bold leadership, and connected intelligence.”

          At NiCE, we've always believed in pushing boundaries and seizing opportunities. Today, we're taking our biggest leap yet, evolving from industry leader to future architect.

          When NiCErs like me describe their vision of a NiCE world, we’re showing humanity at its best. Sharing what’s important to us can inspire a better world. One that’s just NiCE.

          That’s the positivity I wanted to encourage with my post:

          • After a magical "Sleeping Beauty on Ice" weekend with all four of my Minis skating (or snacking) their hearts out, it was a great reminder of what great service looks like: it's teamwork, anticipation, maybe a hot tea before anyone asks. From the littles to Team USA skaters, it all came together with a crew of volunteers. Every role mattered and helped to make the kids feel special. And that’s what creating a NiCE world is all about: making space for what and who matter most.

          By the numbers: What’s driving a NiCE world

          While there’s a lot of jargon around AI, what really matters is the ability to connect technology to outcomes. But how does that help you truly understand the endless possibilities seamless service can bring? NiCE is taking the lead with a new voice that's about… you!

          Because when you focus on people instead of processes, something remarkable happens. Our NiCE Global Happiness Index 2025 found that despite a nearly 10-point dip in overall happiness, people are happier about the state of CX.

          Other findings show 72% of people say AI and automation is benefiting them in customer experience. Consumers reported the following as the most important in making them happy in customer service:

          • Stress-free service (41%)
          • Effortless service (31%)
          • Personalized service (28%)

          Over half (53%) of consumers would spend more for happier experiences

          That’s the power of technology that speaks in human terms.
