About Matt Hansen
Matt is a Principal Data Consultant with NiCE Value Realization Services (VRS), the consulting arm of NiCE. As a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he has led continuous improvement work for over 20 years across many industries like academia, finance, government, insurance, logistics and telecommunications. Over the last 15 years, he has served as a frequent speaker on data analytics for contact centers.
